General
We are offering a PLC based control panel with digital indicator to display load and necessary power and electrical circuitry. The panel can be operated in two modes namely Auto and manual. In auto mode the bag testing process is carried out by the computer software. In Manual mode the machine can be operated by the operator with the help of the Key pad provided on the panel.

Given below are few major enhancements in this version - FIBC 8.0

1. Software is compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7
2. Four load cell readings are captured and displayed independently in software and the same are logged in database for reports.
3. Option to capture photo of test sample one before test and another after test using a digital camera is provided.
4. New reports are provided to show four load cell values independently and two photos of test samples.
5. The reports display the cyclic test in a graphical form and all other relevant data for better analysis.
Two reports for a particular test are provided, one is the customer report and the other is a detailed internal report for your own analysis



Electronic Controller for FIBC Test Rig

The Electronic Controller of the FIBC Test Rig will have the following Displays, controls and facilities.
Displays.
There will be six displays as described below.
a. Four individual display for each loadcell. Maximum range = 5000 Kgf or 50.00 KN, selectable through key. The display shows Load to break value or direct load as per selection through a key.
b. One total force display. Maximum range = 20000 Kgf or 200.00 KN
The display shows Load to break value or direct load as per selection through a key.
c. One Rate display. Maximum range = 99 KN.
The rate of loading adjustment is to be done manually, by adjusting the pressure control valve.
Measurement of load on each loadcell will be done Independently and simultaneously. The display update rate will be 250 to 300 milli secs.
The resolution of display will be = 2 Kg or 20 N. Independent Zero and Calibration facility for each loadcell will be provided.

Loading.
The following facilities are given for load testing.
a. Entry of SWL of bag.
b. Load Ratio entry for cyclic load. SWL X Ratio will be set value for cyclic load.
c. Number of cycles entry. 1 to 99.
d. Time (max 99 secs) entry. The bag will be kept under load for the entered time during cyclic loading.
d. On completion of cyclic loading load to break test will be carried out.
e. A separate entry provision will be given for applying specified load for a specified period. The maximum period will be 10 minutes, adjustable.



Printer.

Dot matrix Printer is to be used. Printer cannot be connected to RS 232 C port. Parallel port is required and the same will be provided. On demand the following will be printed on completion of test.
a. Swl Value.
b. Cyclic test load ratio.
c. Cycle time and set value.
d. Test load value
e. Load to break value.

RS 232 C port will be provided for computer interface. However necessary computer software will have to be procured from us at extra cost. The cost will be depending on your requirement
